Dean began his career in the early 1990's. His professional requirements were met via the Faculty of Commerce at The University Of British Columbia. Trained as a Residential/Strata Property Manager in Vancouver, Dean managed a blended portfolio which included both privately owned and strata-titled properties, as well as the City Of Surrey's acquisitions. The year 1999 brought forth a planned relocation to the Okanagan where his roots have been firmly planted to grow both personally and professionally in the new millennium.
Mr. Carriere is licensed under the Real Estate Services Act and may deal with all property types as well as strata-titled real estate.
